1. What DriveCrest does — broker and affiliate disclosure

DriveCrest is a used-vehicle broker and affiliate referral service based in the United States. We are not a manufacturer, not a lender, and not the seller of record for every vehicle shown. Many listings are aggregated from third-party retail partners such as Carvana, Driveway, CarBravo, CarMax and AutoNation, and we may earn a referral fee or commission when a customer we refer completes a purchase or financing. Final sale, titling, warranty and delivery terms are set by the selling retailer or lender in the purchase documents you sign with them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in the United States to use this site or submit an inquiry. You agree that the information you submit is truthful, accurate, and that you are authorized to provide it.

3. No fees to inquire

Browsing this site, submitting an inquiry form and speaking with a DriveCrest specialist are free. DriveCrest does not charge consumers a subscription, membership or up-front broker fee for these services, and we never ask for payment by gift card, cryptocurrency or wire transfer. Any deposit or purchase payment is made directly to the selling retailer or lender under their documented terms.

4. Vehicle listings and availability

Listings, photos, mileage, equipment, condition notes and prices are supplied by our partners or entered by our staff and can change or sell without notice. Listings are informational only and are not an offer to sell a specific vehicle at a specific price. Availability, pricing and specifications must be confirmed by a DriveCrest specialist and the selling retailer before purchase.

5. Payment estimates are not credit offers

Monthly payment figures produced by our calculator are estimates based solely on the term, rate and down payment you enter. They are not pre-approvals, quotes, or offers of credit, and they exclude tax, title, registration, documentation and delivery fees. Actual financing terms depend on lender underwriting, your credit profile and the vehicle selected. DriveCrest does not guarantee approval, any interest rate, or any payment amount.

6. Call bookings, cancellations and no obligation

Submitting a form schedules a consultation with a DriveCrest specialist and creates no purchase obligation. You may cancel or reschedule a call, or withdraw your inquiry, at any time at no cost by contacting us. Because DriveCrest does not sell products directly through this website, there are no site purchases, and therefore no billing, refunds or returns processed by DriveCrest. Cancellation, return and refund rights for a vehicle purchase are governed by the agreement you sign with the selling retailer or lender — ask for those terms in writing before you pay.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy, republish or resell listing content, photos or data without written permission.
• Do not submit false, automated, or third-party contact information.
• Do not attempt to breach, probe or overload the site, its accounts or its APIs.
• Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory or infringing purposes.

8. Accounts and saved vehicles

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The DriveCrest name, logo, site design, text and compiled listing presentation are owned by DriveCrest or its licensors. Partner and manufacturer names, logos and vehicle photography remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification of the vehicles offered.

10. Third-party links and services

The site links to partner retailers, lenders and service providers we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, decisions or privacy practices.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveCrest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on listing content; our total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection statutes.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DriveCrest harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or information you submit that is inaccurate or that you were not authorized to provide.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first — most concerns are resolved quickly by phone or email using the details below, and we aim to respond within three business days. If a dispute remains, these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DriveCrest maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there. You may also pursue any remedy available to you under applicable consumer protection law, including filing a complaint with your state attorney general or the Federal Trade Commission.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
